AhilyaAsthan
It is a well-known historical temple in Jale Block, about 3 kilometres south of Kamtaul Railway Station. Ahilya gramme is the name given to this location. The Ramayan contains a well-known storey about Ahilya. According to Ramayan, on his approach to Janakpur, Lord Ram’s feet came into contact with a stone, which transformed into a woman named Ahilya. Gautam Rishi, her husband, cursed the Ahilya to turn to stone. The temple is dedicated to Ahalya, Gautam Rishi’s wife. Every year, large fairs are organised to commemorate Ramnavami in the Hindi month of Chaitra and Vivah Panchami in Agrahayan. Other temples and mosques can be seen throughout the hamlet.
Shyama Kali Temple

Chandradhari Museum

KusheshwarAsthan Bird Sanctuary
KusheshwarAsthan Bird Sanctuary is an ideal tourism destination for all wildlife enthusiasts. It consists of 14 villages in the KusheshwarAsthan block of Darbhanga that are frequently flooded. These wetlands are home to at least 15 endangered migratory bird species from as far away as Mongolia and Siberia. These villages (covering an area of 7019.75 acres) have been designated as the KusheshwarAsthan Bird Sanctuary under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972. Between November and March, you can see Dalmatian Pelicans, Indian Darters, Bar-headed Geese, Siberian Cranes, and many other birds. The name of this location is taken from the neighbouring Kusheshwar Shiva Temple.
Darbhanga Fort

Brahmpur
