Moti Jharna
Moti Waterfall is a hamlet in the Talasari block of Jharkhand’s Sahebganj district. The view from here is expansive. In addition, the root of water cascading from waterfalls entices the imagination.

Rajmahal:-
Rajmahal, located on the Ganges’ right bank, is a tiny yet historically significant town. When Raja Man Singh, the commander of Emperor Akbar, proclaimed Rajmahal the capital of Bengal in 1592, it was the seat of government during the Mughal dynasty. Even today, remains of the ancient and affluent Rajmahal may be seen in this one-time Bengal capital. The following are significant monuments in the town.

Mangalhat :-
It is located 10 kilometres west of Rajmahal and is the location of an important landmark, Jama Masjid, which was established during the reign of Emperor Akbar. It has the potential to become a tourist attraction.
Kanhaiyasthan :-
It is a hamlet on the banks of the Ganges about 13 kilometres north-west of Rajmahal and gets its name from a temple dedicated to Lord Krishna (Kanhaiya). It is said that Chaitanya Mahaprabhu stopped here on his journey to Brindaban from Bengal and saw Lord Krishna. The footprints of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu are also preserved here.
Sahibganj:-
It is located on the southern bank of the Ganges in the Rajmahal subdivision’s north-eastern section. Since 1944, Sahibganj has served as the sub-divisional headquarters, and it is now also the district headquarters. It has a municipality that was established in 1883. The village features a well, called locally as “Bhagwa Kuan,” that was built in 1915 in commemoration of Edward VII. Residents continue to drink from the well. A hilltop near the home of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in the eastern part of town is historically significant.
Teliagarhi :-
These are the ruins of a historic fort known as Teliagarhi, named for its founder, a Teli Zamindar who eventually converted to Islam during Shahjahan’s reign. It is close to Karamtola station.
Shivgadi :-
This Shiva temple is within a cave and is located in the Barhait block, 8 kilometres north of Barhait. Shivling is constantly dripped with mountain water. Devotees flock here in vast numbers during Mahashivratri and the whole month of Shravan.
Binduvasini Temple :
2 kilometres from the train station at Barharwa. Devotees go to this temple in great numbers on Ram-Navami during the 9-day festival.
Shukravasini Temple :
This is a goddess worship site located in Mirzapur village, Barharwa block.
Raksisthan :
Mandro block is located near the Karamtola railway station, directly west of the Teliagarhi fort. This temple is revered by both tribals and non-tribals alike. The deity is quite old. Sutherland mentioned it in his report from 1819.
Bhoganadih and Panchkathiya :
For the tribals, the village of Sido and Kanu, the mythical brothers who led the Santhal insurrection in 1855, is particularly holy. In this village, there is also a memorial to the brothers. Panchkathiya is the location where the British hung these brothers.
Udhwa Bird Sanctuary :
The only bird sanctuary in Jharkhand is located near Udhwa and is known locally as Patauda Lake. Every winter, hundreds of migrating birds arrive from Europe and Siberia.
Moti Jharna :-
It is close to Maharajpur and has beautiful natural beauty, making it an excellent picnic site. The Rajmahal hills provided the stream’s source.
Maghi Mela :
This mela, which is held in Rajmahal on the full moon of the Magh month, is particularly important in tribal life. Tribals from all around the district meet here, along with the family priest, to do the three-day puja.
