Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple

Satsang Ashram
Satsang Ashram is a sacred location for Thakur Anukulchandra followers in the south-west of Deoghar, founded by Anukul Chandra. On September 14, 1888, Thakur Anukulchandra was born. Lord came to redeem the world at a little village named Himaitpur in the Pabna district of Bengal’s eastern zone (then undivided India), which is now Bangladesh. Sri. Shibchandra Chakravarty (Shandilya Gotra, Kanyakubja Brahmin) and Manmohini Devi gave birth to him. From his childhood, Anukulchandra was obsessed with his mother. Throughout his childhood, his mother served as his mentor. He was a man who cared about others. Anukulchandra established an Ashram at Pabna (later it was named Satsang). He established a new Ashram at Deoghar, India, in 1946 to support spiritual development. Satsang ashram in Deoghar eventually became a big attraction in Deoghar for all types of individuals in the society.
Naulakha Temple
It is 1.5 kilometres from Baba Baidyanath Temple. It’s a lovely place to visit. This temple resembles Ramakrishna’s temple in Belur. There are Radha-Krishna statues within. It stands 146 feet tall. The building of the temple cost around Rs. 9 lakhs (9 lakhs). As a result, it became known as the Naulakha Temple. This sum was totally provided by Rani Charushila, a member of the Pathuria Ghat King’s family from Kolkata. Her husband, Akshay Ghosh, and son, Jatindra Ghosh, died while she was young. She left her house, distraught at the killings, and met the saint Balananda Brahmachari, who requested her to build this temple.
Nandan Pahar
Nandan Pahar is a tiny hill on the outskirts of town that has a well-known Nandi Temple and faces the well-known Shiv Temple. Nandan Pahar is around 3 kilometres from Baba Baidyanath Dham station.
