Gandhari Khilla (Gandhari Kota) is a hill fort near Bokkalagutta in Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial district, Telangana, India. It is situated on sand rock slopes. The fort was erected in a densely wooded location with a plethora of plant types, including several medicinal plants. The fort has not been completely excavated and is still partially hidden by woodland.

Every year, the Mahankali Jatara (quarry jatara) attracts around 10,000 people. Every two years, tribal people from the Vindhya area, i.e. Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh, on the opposite bankside, participate in the Gandhari maisammajatra at the temple on the fort of Gandhari.

The Mancherial – Bellampalli highway runs near to the fort, which is three kilometres from the settlement of Bokkalagutta.
