Pakke Kessang is a town in the Arunachal Pradesh state of India. It is part of the Pakke-Kessang district, which was formed from the East Kameng district and has five administrative units: Pakke Kessang, Seijosa, Pijerang, Passa Valley, and Dassing-Passo, with the district headquarters at Lemmi.

The many hillsides of the region are lushly green, including tourist attractions in the Passa Valley and Pakke Valley districts. The northern portion of the district, from Pijerang to Lumdung and Rilloh, is covered by the Passa Valley, while the middle and southern parts are covered by the Pakke Valley.
