Pakke Kessang is a town in the Arunachal Pradesh state of India. It is part of the Pakke-Kessang district, which was formed from the East Kameng district and has five administrative units: Pakke Kessang, Seijosa, Pijerang, Passa Valley, and Dassing-Passo, with the district headquarters at Lemmi.

The many hillsides of the region are lushly green, including tourist attractions in the Passa Valley and Pakke Valley districts.
